Super soft and comfortable. It is real, long fiber mulberry silk strand inside, which makes this pillow extremely soft and comfortable to sleep on. I use it together with the Silk Pillowcases I bought from this store, it is just phenomenal. It improved my sleep quality for sure. I think it even cured my morning allergies.
